Greeting in the mighty name of Jesus. My name is Dr. Tim Hines. I'm a 1983 graduate of International Seminary, Plymouth, Florida, where I completed my Bachelors and Masters degree in the subject of theology. My ordination is through Norval Hayes Ministries of Cleveland, Tennessee. This bible college is where I earned my Doctorate degree in ministry. For the past 28 years, I have served this college as alumni instructor. Teaching on subjects like Old Testament and New Testament Survey, Basic Bible Doctorines, The Blood Covenant, the Life of Christ, Parables of Christ, and varying other subjects.

I am married to a virtuous woman of God, by the name Jodi, and we have 2 beautiful children, Moriah and Nathan. We are presently located in the wonderful state of Florida, where we are submitted to our apostle David A. Garcia, located at Grace World Outreach Church, located in Brooksville, Florida.

Our ministerial experience also includes starting two churches, and pastoring two others. For the last sixteen years, we have spent travelling the nation, serving the body of Christ prophetically. We have also had the pleasure to travel and visit other countries ministering the Word of God. Jodi and I would look foward to serving you and your congregation.
